ここのカルボナーラはタリアテッレ使ってるとこ、そして温玉のせ、ってのが個性かな
後半で黄身を崩すとマイルドな味わいに変わる、ってとこがね楽しいのでございます
平べったい麺なので量感がちょっと違うけど量的には「ふつう」ってとこじゃないかな
